Family Recipes Rooted Salvadorian Tradition

Elsi’s SalviMex Eats was inspired by the recipes, flavors and traditions passed down through our family. Named in honor of Elsa, Elsi’s brings together Salvadorian comfort food, Mexican favorites and the dishes that have always brought our family to the table.

Every dish is prepared with care and rooted in the flavors we grew up with. We are proud to share a piece of our family’s story with the South Austin community.
